Netflorist Not Reliable

I ordered a valentines gift which was suppose to be delivered on a Thursday the 14th and it was only dispatched at 4pm so the delivery failed because my girlfriend had left the office. I called them the following day and the gift was dispatched late well. Now its Monday, I have called again and i am being told that my delivery has now been scheduled for the 20th and they don't know how this happened so they will change it to tomorrow..THIS IS **** SERVICE ALL THEY SAY IS WE ARE SORRY!!!
