Netflorist not refunding me

Current experience with Netflorist with regards to refunding my money. I made an order which Netflorist could not honour, and they advised they would refund. This was on the 10th of February and to date I have not received my money. I have been following up with Netflorist and I am not getting joy as they advise refund has been done but I do not have my money.
