NetFlorist - Not all roses like they promise - very disappointing service

Very disappointing service skills from this company. I ordered a personalized clock from Netflorist and expected delivery on the 30th of July 2021. I even received a message communicating with me to expect delivery on this day. I had waited the whole of the 30th at home and even cancelled plans I had because I was awaiting my parcel. I then called Netflorist at 16:30pm on the 30th only to be told that there is a problem with the personalizing machine and he is not sure why no one had informed me. He then advised that all is now in order and I can expect delivery latest by the 4th of August 2021. The 4th had come and went with no call or email or any communication regarding my parcel. I then called them again on the 5th of August 2021 to enquire on the delay and spoke to a consultant (Michaela). She had informed me that there is no complaints department and unfortunately they also don't have a department that informs customers when items are delated due to equipment issues. She then advised me that she sees that my order is ready and she will personally call me later on the 5th of August to advise me on how far they are with getting the item to me. It is now the 6th of August 2021 and i received no phone call from her or still no communication regarding my parcel. I am so disappointed at the service from NetFlorist and don't recommend that people should support such a company that has no communication skills regarding their customers. I do quite a bit of online buying and i advise perople to rather opt for shopping with companies like Takealot or Zando as their service is impeccable. They always keep you up to date on the progress of the order and always deliver on time if not before time and never leave their customers having to do constant follow ups and calls at their own cost. They also do not charge you for transport fees like Netflorist does. They just take your money and do not provide service that one expects. I personally will not support them again and advise others to also refrain from supporting this company.
