NETFLORIST NOT A BED OF ROSES

Ordered 24 roses for valentines day, I was double charged for delivery even though it was the same day and same time (and was not taken off my total amount). They ended up delivering 11 roses (13 roses less), messed up the day. Emailed my complaint to them, got a response saying sorry and that they are out of those roses. Dealt with 2 employees there (Tshegofatso & Lerato) and had no proper resolution or help, ended up requesting a voucher which in calculation was less than the original order per rose as well as they ignored my email to put the added cost of the delivery on the voucher. I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN, I AM A SOUTH AFRICAN LIVING IN DUBAI AND EXPECTED A PROPER LEVEL OF SERVICE OR AT LEAST A PROPER COMPENSATION FOR THEIR MISTAKE ITS NOT WORTH THE RISK TO SPOIL A DAY AND ORDER FROM THEM.
