Netflorist non delivery on agreed date

I made an order for Valentines day delivery on Monday 13th and the system confirmed delivery for 14th. No delivery was made yesterday and I've been following up with customer service but either their calls drop or they can't give me proper feedback on the delivery. It's unacceptable a well known brand cannot complete their delivery times.
