Netflorist - Non Delivery - No Answers

Wish I could rate them Zero - ordered flowers to brighten someone's day after loosing her husband. No flowers arrived, next day still no flowers and no one can tell me where the driver is - what the plan of action is or when the flowers will arrive. Maybe their idea of sick joke would be to deliver dead flowers to her.
