Netflorist Non-delivery

I made a Valentine's Day order on the 11th, which was scheduled for delivery on February 14th, 2024. Unfortunately, despite using the order information provided in the confirmation of order email, I haven't received any updates, and the order tracking seems to be unavailable and the order was not delivered.

As Valentine's Day is a special occasion and I wanted to surprise my mom, the non-delivery of this order has left me feeling disappointed and their services are not cheap which is quite infuriating Plus nobody is reaching out to provide assistance.
