SHAME-DISGUST-FRUSTRATION-DISBELIEF. Nearly a month, countless e-mails, too many phone calls (including those dropped by Netflorist) and still no closer to closure on the flowers that were supposed to be delivered to me on Mothers Day from my Daughter in Los Angeles. They ***** your money by charging outrageous prices and delivering sub-standard goods and then couldn't be bothered to follow up when you respond negatively. They do not even respond to all the negative reviews about them on social media. Arrogance or stupidity or both, who knows! Till next week kind reader for the next installment.
