NETFLORIST NON DELIVERY

Ordered flowers for same day delivery. Flowers were not delivered. Messages and emails were automated responses. Cancelled the order the next day via email and message. On the 3rd day at 4pm, i received a call to say that the delivery person was at the gate. no refund between 1 to 3 days as advertised. i had to query the refund and still waiting. Poor and pathethic service from NETFLORIST.
