Absolute worst service delivery. I would recommend finding alternatives like Bloomable instead.

I have yet to have a delivery even remotely on time over the years.

Delays can happen, sure. Netflorist won't take the initiative to contact you and let you know of expected delays or provide you with a clear timeline.

Instead you as the client need to pester them for answers; only for replies such as "taxis overtaking on a blind rise" cause delays.

Also kindly do not ask to contact me, Instead reply to your service channels instead of PR rescue once people get fed up and go public.
