Netflorist - no honest

On the 11th of August 2020, I purchased two items (rose & crate) is for Berenise Pringle at the same address however delivery was charged twice.

To date Netflorist has not responded or rep****. I have called and emailed several times however it seems that Netflorist in not interested.
