Netflorist no delivery or even communication
I ordered a box of chocolates for my cousin to be delivered today and till now no communication, I initially asked them earlier they said delivery will be on on the 21 st and I told them I would not have ordered if I knew it would be tomorrow coz I was told delivery would be today and they arranged to call me back and said order is out for deliver. Guess what my Lil cousin still hasn’t received her gift on her special day, this is going to be my last order I hate incompetence with all my heart. They clearly do not value their customers.

25 Aug 2020, 09:33 So driver arrived the next morning at 7 am to deliver of course there was no one at home as she had a late night for her birthday which also her gift was not delivered and he said he will deliver later and then i get an email saying delivery was done at 08:00 which was a total lie as he still had the package on him when i called. He delivered at 17:00 mind you the birthday was yesterday and guess what the order was incomplete. Call center says we will give you a voucher, how the hell does that help because if i have to use the voucher then it mean i need to use this pathetic service again.. Never in a million years, Netflorist must just close doors for good!
