Netflorist- No delivery-No response!

I placed on my order on the 7th of February for delivery on the 14th and nothing was delivered. I order beautiful flowers for my mum and waited the entire day for delivery and nothing was delivered. No tracking or even an apology from Netflorist. Even when I called this morning I was just told they would refund me. No apology at all. I won’t be using them for delivery again! So disappointing as I thought it would have just made my mums day receiving flowers on valentines.
