Netflorist ..... NO DELIVERY

This was my first time using Netflorist, and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. I placed my order 2 weeks in advance, but now it's the 5th day from my requested delivery date, and I have still not received the gift I ordered for my mothers birthday. They have a lot of stories and try to soften me up with a free bunch of flowers and a box of chocolates for any inconvenience. They don't realise the real reason for ordering something for a specific delivery date.
