Netflorist no delivery

<p>Same day delivery did not take place as promised. Wednesday I queried and was told delivery was made. Then was promised Wednesday, then Thrusday, then Friday and finally Saturday. all these was my phone calls to follow up....... i was told by one Netflorist call attendent - sorry they could not follow up as it was their knock off time - why answer the phone? so frustrated - so sad. Saturdays call I was told we are an outlying area - 50km away from the florist so they needed more time. Netflorist is now quite content the query has been resolved as i requested six days later and over 20 phone calls to cancell the order. ps which had been paid for the Monday</p>
