Netflorist - no customer service

Terrible experience I will never use Netflorist again., Ordered a birthday gift on the 6th of april for delivery on my sister birthday the next day, i called so many times the entire day as she did not receive her gift and obviously would go out for supper, the delivery guy only rocked up after 7pm, when the flowers are wilted, chocolates melted and balloon deflated and the person is obviously not There! their customer service sucks they just shrug and say its int he terms and conditions so whatever...
