Netflorist nightmare

I have ordered persolized gifts for my brides****s, first they could not print the items they advertised, and I had to choose something different. I spoke to the PR person and we agreed on a different design and I asked them to wait 1 day to confirm with my venue my wedding date since I wanted to put the date on the gift. She agreed to that, the next day I received a call there was a delivery from Netflorist, I refused to accept the order since it was not correct because I did not give them the date to print on the gift yet. Spoke to the PR person again, send a mail with exactly what I want. Received delivery again and 1 out of the 3 is correct and and the rest s did not have the date and the print was faded and in a different color. Phoned them, emailed them, sent pictures, no response. They have no pride in their work, they do not treat you as a valued customer and the service is a absolute nightmare. Will never use them again.
