Netflorist never fails to Consistently Dissapoint

I have often purchased items from Netflorist and about 95% of the time the delivered item never looks the way it does in the pics on the netflorist site. The only ones that seemingly align are the chocolate or edible gifts. The Flowers / plants / Roses never look the same - in fact they're ghastly different and disappointing. Let alone embarrassing because these are gifts for others. Netflorist really need to up their game as they don't seem to care falling short in credibility.
