NetFlorist never ceases to let you down

I really wish I could give zero stars. I ordered a cake for my husband’s birthday for his staff to be delivered to his office. It’s now nearly 14:00 and it still hasn’t been delivered and NetFlorist cannot give me an ETA. Him and his staff work flexi hours and he’ll be leaving at 14:15 (they start at 05:00). So what is the point?!!!!!!
