Netflorist - Never again? Now now stop harassing me!

When I first used Netflorist, it was for a very special occasion. My friend was turning 50 and I ordered a very personalized gift that was quite costly. I was horrified to find out from my friend that the gift arrived broken and the personalized sticker was not even placed straight.

When I raised this I was told I would need to pay a fee as some of the chocolates were eaten.... but not withstanding this "special gift" arrived broken and went into the bin. After some back and forth a replacement jar was sent to my friend. The dealing of this incident where I did nothing wrong was dealt with very unprofessional and I will never use Netflorist again.

To date - months and months later I am still being harassed with SPAM emails from Netflorist with specials and other nonsense. I am not interested in this and I will never support this place again. I have requested cancellations of the subscriptions as I did not accept to being SPAMMED by Netflorist! In addition to this *** keeps emailing me despite my numerous requests to stop emailing me. This is so unprofessional and extremely infuriating. Perhaps now this complaint will make them stop harassing me with emails I did not consent to!
