Netflorist nets USELESS service

Whatever you do, DO NOT use Netflorist. Not only are their products very very mediocre in quality but their service is shocking. Have been trying for 2 weeks to get them to collect an unwanted items. Despite promises this does not happen and I am R700 out of pocket. They do not return calls, no supervisor present in the call centre, empty promises. Just useless. Be wary. Very wary
