Netflorist needs to understand how 'Surprise' works

Lets see if Netflorist responds to a Hello Peter review because clearly they don't respond to emails. I ordered some nice flowers and chocolates for my wife on her birthday for delivery on the day. The day before they have the brilliant idea to send an sms to her stating she will be receiving a surprise delivery on her birthday from Netflorist, so 1) surprise - Gone 2) from Netflorist - cat out of the bag

Since when do You inform people of surprise delivery for them before the actual SURPRISE DELIVERY???
