Netflorist - Mothers Day through RAM Couriers Shocking Service!!!!!

I have used Netflorist a number of times to send goodies to my folks in the Eastern Cape. The last 3 x times now the parcel has been delivered up to a week late!! when you call to query why the parcel hasn't been delivered you are told someone called once but there was no answer. They don't then bother calling the sender to find out if they can assist - they just don't bother to deliver and even worse NO COMMUNICATION about it either!! . To add to that the courier doesn't deliver on weekends!! The Mothers Day parcel that for which I received an email saying your parcel is out for delivery on Wednesday 08/05/2024 was eventually delivered Tuesday 14/05/2024 after numerous phone calls to find out where the parcel is!! only the lady I spoke to on Tuesday morning actually bothered to call back none of the others did!
