Hey Harold! If I could give you minus stars I would!! Absolutely disgusting after sales service for an item from MOTHERS DAY....the item is no where near the size ordered, proof of photos sent with your so called dimensions and you have the audacity to want to charge me 50% of the item price to collect!!! No thank you! I would rather just pay to have it altered and NEVER EVER USE YOUR SERVICES AGAIN!!! All these 5 star reviews must be from staff to cover up your shocking service
