NetFlorist? More like: Never Again Florist!

I am appalled by their service!   I placed an order for a delivery from Johannesburg to Cape Town for Mothers Day, I was told that the delivery would be made between 07:00-11:00 that morning.  When I phoned at 11:45, I was told the delivery would be made by 12:00, due to a delay.  I then phoned at 13:30 and was told that the delivery had only just left the florist in the area.  It is now 16:25 and the delivery has still not been made.  I do not live in Cape Town, so I could not get to the florist to fetch the delivery, or else I would have. It is unacceptable to make your client sit at home and wait for your services. That is very unprofessional.  Mothers Day happens on the same day, every year, you know that people will use your service and the Florists service on this day. Everything should be ready before hand and if there are delays, they should not be 5 hours delayed.  Further more, I asked for a contact number to speak to the florist, but was put on hold 3 times by your call centre agents and never got anymore details.  I am extremely disappointed as you advertise yourselves very well. But, these standards are very poor. I will not be using your services again and I would not recommend it to anyone I know.
