NetFlorist - More Like "Let Down Florist"

I would like to share my disappointment with Netflorist. I placed an order 2 weeks ago to have a set of personalized mugs and an anniversary card delivered to me. I received my package on Friday, 25/10/2019. The card received has the message printed all wrong. I am now sitting with a card that I paid for with the message gone wrong. And what does Netflorist do about this? they offer me a free delivery voucher. So now must I pay again for a card that NetFlorist ruined? Pathetic service in my opinion.
