Netflorist Mixup

I ordered flowers to be sent to my daughter in Johannesburg. When I phoned her she didn't mention anything although I was told they had been sent, I eventually asked her and she said\ well that was a relief I have received a boquet of lilies with a card attached with a long message and the names Anthony & & Nina. I was wondering who they were". My card was not attached"
