Netflorist messing up valetines day order

Hi Specifically ordered a valentines delivery and placed my order on the 12th of Feb for delivery the 14th. I follow up midday on the 14th as no delivery was done yet and upon for ages for a call centre agent i'm told that the order is placed for delivery on the 15th!!!!

This is pathetic !! Stay away from this company!
