NetFlorist - Messing Up Special Occasions Since Forever.

NetFlorist is such a ****, I urge you all to never use them, as they have a good track record for ruining special occasions. I had placed an order on the 8th of February 2019, for delivery on the 11th February 2019. I received a call on Saturday, 09th February 2019, to say that due to the item being a personalised item they can not make delivery on Monday the 11th February but the 12th February 2019. This was great because the person receiving the gift was turning 21 on the 12th of February. Well since then i have been given the run around regarding my delivery. today being the 18th February 2019, there is still no delivery. All i ever hear is it will be delivered tomorrow and tomorrow never comes. I spend hours on the line waiting for Harold and his team to pick up. This is ridiculous. They have messed up a very special occasion, and will never be using them again. Their promise is same day delivery, this is just a load of ****. Beware of Netflorist.
