Netflorist messes up AGAIN

After messing up on numerous occasions, with me threatening over and over again not to use them, Netflorist may now have finally convinced me never to use them again. I ordered a Bonsai for my husband's birthday to be delivered today. They delivered a package to him - except it was for the wrong person!!!!! It took them three times to get it right, and now I have to wait until I get home to see if my husband even got the right delivery - that I PAID for!!!
