Netflorist messed up my Valentines Day

<p>With great diappointment I write this mail .Valentines day should bring you joy and excitment but this day Brought disappointments thanks to NETFLORIST .My hubby purchased gifts and flowers and they where not delivered .How do you adverstise 100% satisfaction on your web site but you do not live up to it .</p> <p>After many long calls to NETFLORIST yesterday they confirmed delivary but again they gave empty promises .Valentines day has passed and still no delivary .</p>
