Netflorist messed up my anniversary

Today is my 13 year wedding anniversary, I booked to have 12 dipped strawberries delivered to my husband and the 13th gift i am giving him at dinner. I only booked the strawberries that were available for delivery today. I received a call at 11h20 only to be told they can't deliver today and will deliver tomorrow, I asked for management but basically no-one cares, the first inconsiderate person offered me a bunch of flowers!! Newsflash men dont normally like flowers, although management offered me a chocolate hamper I had actually put thought into the gift and the 12 strawberries was important, I am disgusted that no-one was bothered to try and sort and that them not bothering to arrange 12 strawberries is worth stuffing up my anniversary. I did order regularly from netflorist but will not be again and will warn friends and family not to trust their delivery promises.
