Netflorist messed me up.

After making an effort to buy my wife a valentines present, netflorist went and messed it up, they promised to deliver even after I followed up on the same day 3 times, made my wife wait the whole day at home waiting for something that did not pitch, worse they don't even call to say they are not coming or didn't deliver, I had to phone them today to follow up only to be told we are sorry we gonna deliver today, this is worse in a everyway, I work away from home and I was trying to ensure my wife gets something, am so so disappointed on this guys and ill never use them again. am so hurt knowing that me and my wife are going through some marriage challenges and little gestures like this goes a long way and this guys just messed it up.
