Netflorist made 80 year old lady walk 1km to get her delivery and they did not pitch up after 4 hours wait.

She was sick with flu yet she walked the 1km to meet them and was at the library for more than 4 hours waiting for them. At a certain stage they called to say she must meet them in a different area because they cant find the ONLY library. She explained to them where it was and even got library people to direct them.
