Netflorist Living Up To Their Slogan of Apologizing BUT NOT DELIVERING Ruining Special Occasions

fter hearing the pathetic irritating "Harrold"adverts on 94.7 I thought I would give them a try to send a hamper and flowers to my brother's girlfriend for her birthdy. My brother is overseas and asked me to do this. After phoning to make sure what I had chosen would be delivered on the same day. Kristen assured me it would and I must pay before 12 and said I must not email proof of payment to payments email address I must reply to the email I receive with the order confirmation. An email arrived with half the order. Another phone call to someone else as Kirsten was not availabble. The correct email is then sent fro KRISTEN's PERSONAL EMAIL address and info[at]netflorist. I email proof to both addresses at 11.38. Get busy at work, call at 11.55 to confirm POP received and THE LIES BEGIN. Kristen has not received email and blatantly lies that she never said I must reply to her personal email address. Her words to me were. reply to my email address and I will personally ensure your order is delivered and add the recipients phone number onto the order. (I did not have the number at time of order) I was so impressed by the variety of stuff on their website and Kristen's offer to personally ensure the order went out. Then the lie that she never said that to me. I resend the proof of payment and I am promised the order will go out and I discover that I can track the order online. The flowers leave at around 2.30 when I checked. THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THE ORDER. I was telling everyone to look at the website and see the great stuff they had to send for gifts. Then at 15h45 the drama and lies start. They can't find the address. Now this is one of the oldest streets in one of the oldest suburbs in Johannesburg - NO NAME CHANGES. Kristen nor onique changed the recipient tel number as promised and they phone me for directions. No one has the recipients phone number. 10 calls later, I leave work and then get a message from my brother that his girlfriend received her delivery. Only 20 minutes later discover only the hamper ws delivered - NOT THE FLOWERS. THIS IS NETFLORIST is flowers not the most important. More lies start. Whilst I have staff calling me and me calling them to say their DRIVER CANNOT FIND THE ADDRESS it must be the wrong ADDRESS. I am getting emails to say the recipient was not at home so they cant deliver. LIES ON EVERY LEVEL. How was half the order delivered if the address was wrong FIRST LIE, The Recipient not at home, so how would they know that the recipient was not at home if the address was wrong. And I was the address wrong and the recipient not at home when the other half of the order had just been delivered. LIES and BAD Service. This morning at 7 I get a response to my Twitter complaint they need to investigate. What is there to investigate. Netflorist ruined a birthday surprise!!! Three hours later still no response to their investigation. You would think a Company that spent thousands on advertising on 94.7 breakfast radio show would actually give the service thy advertise, instead of shrugging shoulders and saying sorry, we will investigate. You would think a company that had the funds to advertise and I might add such annoying adverts, would have heard of something called GOOGLE MAPS and no order should leave without a printout from GOOGLE MAPS. It took me a half a second to verify the address on Google Maps. But that was a lie, because the hamper was delivered. Moral of the story, stick to who and what you know InterFlora and don't think because a Company advertisers on a well known radio station that they are legit and professional. The amount of complaints on this forum is testament to the fact that they don't care - tey don't even bother to respond to complaints on this forum. After readingg a few of these complaints. I am even more disgusted. Giving Netflorist one star is ONLY because I am forced to rate it. It does not deserve any stars. Saying sorry and doing NOTHING about it is NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE
