Netflorist lets Mothers down!!!!!!!!!

Netflorist - what a con!!! Free chocolates for Mothers Day. I called to ask why it was not delivered and was told that it was as long as stocks last. However they will be getting in stock tomorrow and those orders going out tomorrow will get but because mine went out to my Mother in Law and Mother today they will unfortunately not send a courier out again with chocolates. So I spent R730 each for a small bunch of flowers - no vase and a balloon. I asked to speak to their Manager was told he was not available. I then asked for the number for their Regional Manager and was told they could not give it out. I then left my number for him to call me back. I am not holding my breath as 2 years ago I asked for someone to contact me on a really poor product that was delivered and did not get a response. If I do not get a resolution to my complaint - I will never ever use them again. Please people think twice before you buy from Netflorist!!!!!!!!!!
