Netflorist less than perfect :(

Hi, Netflorist is a good company. However, their performance in this case has been appalling. The delivery (for a 94th Birthday, was scheduled for the 15th May. The delivery was finally effected late on the 16th. There was a poor excuse that the address was incorrect. Absolute ******* as they had telephone numbers and did in fact contact a few people to check. I was very disappointed.
