Netflorist knows how to spoil a special day

On the 23rd of November 2023 I ordered some flowers in a vase to be delivered on the 4th of December 2023, it was for my wife birthday, but as I waited only to be disappointed with no delivery and not even a fone call, at 19-20 that night I got a miss call it rang for a few seconds and when I tried to call back I got there voice mail saying that they are close. Never again will i use them. It is now 12-30 on the 5th of December 2023 and still no contact from them, seems like as long as they got your money they don't care. I won't except the delivery now as my wife birthday was yesterday.....
