Netflorist- Just Flowery B S

I have had bad experiences with Netflorist and they simply do NOT communicate at all. Firstly My one successful order was supposed to have been delivered today, but was NOT and it has caused me embarrassment. Once again, no communication! Today at 15h15, my order is still not delivered- NO communication! I have had one failed transaction. When I tried to pay using FNB, their system gave me a Standard Bank PIN which caused the trans action to fail. It has now been over a month and I cannot seem to get a response from them, especially for the R250 voucher that I redeemed and was lost in their pathetic system
