NETFLORIST JUST BE NICE?

Very disappointed in the service I received from Netflorist who advertise on the radio countrywide delivery. First of all I got no response from my emailed order then when I phoned after spelling out everything was told they do not have a florist in that area due to covid. Now that we on in level 2 I think they need to up their game.
