Netflorist is useless and take people for granted

I ordered roses on the 12th and they were only delivered on the 13th and they were supposed to have been delivered on the 12th. We received the old bad roses on the 13th and I sent an email complaining

I was told that they will send fresh roses the following day. We never received them

Only yesterday I received the roses and they were bad old roses.

How on earth does this happen? I called the lady by the name of Sbongile Khanye who was also useless and told me that they will send another one the following and I must just wait

This is very bad. I need my refund back. They don’t serve the purpose anymore
