Netflorist is useless

A birthday cake was ordered yesterday to be delivered today with a personalized box. today after phoning them they told us the cake got "lost"...***... They said they will deliver a new one hopefully by 17:00. At 16:40 they told us , o sorry they will not be able to deliver. We needed the cake by 18:00 for a birthday celebration. That's really F$%$-up service. I will never in my life use them again and will dis-advertise them everywhere.
