Netflorist is unreliable never use them

Useless contact details on their website who cant even do a simple thing to track an order properly and get details of the driver and ensure an efficient parcel delivery.

I have ordered my 3 parcels through them on the 26 April 2025 to be delivered on the 06 April 2025 (giving them plenty of time) and it has not been delivered despite their useless website saying delivery is up until 17h00 it is now 18:02 and there is no sign of delivery not even a call nothing. This delivery was for someone in another province they only delivered one small parcel and did not even state to whom was the parcel delivered to or received by as it was going to the offices, plus it was 2 parcels under the same order number but they delivered only 1 parcel. I am so disgusted and disappointed by Netflorist. I will never use them again nor recommend their poor service.
