Netflorist is unprofessional, unreliable and a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!

Netflorist is such a BIG DISAPPOINTING.I placed an order online and paid for it even chose delivery date only to be told on the delivery date that the champagne glasses I had bought were out of stock. How to do even allow an order to go through for an item that’s out of stock? Clearly this shows how unprofessional, unreliable and inefficient Netflorist is! Then I was promised a refund by Thuli Simelane within 1-3 days. On the 31st December after sending 2 complaints emails I then received an email again from Netflorist telling me I’ll be refunded within 72 hours. Til this day my refund has not been done and my order was Supposed to be delivered on the 28th December 2020 and refunded within 1-3 days but I’m still waiting
