Netflorist is too big now

Placed an order on Monday to be delivered on Wednesday as a birthday gift. This doesn't happen as they got held up. They promise to send it the next day with an added gift, guess what, its sent to the wrong address. It is now 2pm and still hasn't been sorted. Person being sent to will knock off at 4pm but ofcoz they couldn't be bothered as their delivery times for companies is up to 5. Its 2022 not everyone knocks off at 5pm anymore. Useless service, never using them again
