Netflorist is the worst service provider

Netflorist is now in my bad books of the worst company to place an order with. I placed my order with NetFlorist for delivery on the 16th of August 2019, today is the 22of August 2019 and I still haven't received my orders. I have following up with them since Friday the 16th and I'm still not successful.
