Netflorist is the worst of the worst

I am so disappointed with NetFlorist. i have place an order on the 7th Oct to be delivered on the 10 Oct 2022 for my daughters birthday. When I "track" my order the gift was out for delivery at 12:51. At 15:00 i phoned them and the guy which i spoke to was not very helpfull and left me on the telephone line for 10 min. At 17:00 still no delivery. Why dont they deliver the business deliveries first??? If i knew this i would have ask the local bakery and Uber to deliver my daughters gift... This is really such a disappointment, and i must say Netflorist is NOT cheap!!!!
