NETFLORIST IS THE WORST!!

I will NEVER use Netflorist again! Ordered a personalised gown on 22nd April to be delivered today, the 26th. After numerous follow ups I was told the delivery will happen until 17:30. The call centre is useless, they can't tell me where the driver needs to deliver, the driver works off an app that dictates his route. When I spoke to them at 16:30 I was told the driver still had 4 stops to make including mine. That would never be possible to make all those stops. I was told the driver has been rerouted to my address and would be there by 17:00. It is now 17:20 and there is no delivery. The call centre is now closed. I needed the gown for a birthday present for my dad who will now not be getting it. I am disgusted and disappointed by Netflorist. I can honestly say I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN!!
