NetFlorist is the WORST!!!!!!!!

I made an order for flowers on the 7th of August 2020 for delivery on the 8th as a birthday surprise. The flowers got delivered in the 9th at 12:11 , a day late and yet netflorist sees nothing wrong with this. This was my second unprofessional experience with netflorist. In July they delivered flowers that looked nothing like the ones I order! Netflorist is the worst and they service consultants aren’t even apologetic at all for the order scheduled for the 8th and I’m told that I should be happy that the order was delivered.
