NETFLORIST IS THE WORST

So on the 27th April I made a purchase for a Ladies Red and Silver Gift watch set and ask for it to be delivered on the 7th May. Money gets taken, I get the email confirming my order and blah blah blah.

I hear nothing from them till this morning 8th May 2020 two days before mothers day, the lady says my gift wont be delivered due to it being a non essential item WTAF!!! Firstly why was this item available to purchase at the time, secondly why was there no communication during the course of the week indicating that my item wont be delivered. SOME BULL**** I TELL YOU!!!! So now I have nothing to give my mom for mothers day.
